We believe Gelato and Sorbetto should be as natural as possible with minimal added ingredients. That’s why our Mint is white and our Pistachio is closer to brown than green!
Graham and Ben have spent years curating relationships with the very best sources for ingredients, from family hazelnut growers in Piedmont to highly revered Italian manufacturers such as Città del Gelato and Fabbri.
Our Sorbetto is made with fresh fruit, so you will see the flavours change as the seasons pass. With plenty coming from fruit growers inside Oxfordshire.
We use free range, organic products as much as possible and every ingredient must pass our Three Fs: Flavour, Freshness and Fabulousness. Suffice to say we aren’t afraid to send back any ingredient that isn’t at its absolute best because we can’t get the flavour we want if the ingredients are not up to the job.
All our cream and milk comes from third-generation dairy farmer Nick Gosling whose organic Guernsey herd graze in wild flower meadows in the valleys of Wiltshire. The cows are all named and treated individually and the love shows in the richness of their milk. Read more about their amazing practices here!
